The Shreveport Mudbugs are pleased to announce the tendering of Rais Francis for the 2019-20 season. The Nottingham, GBR native currently plays with New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs 18U. Mudbugs Director of Scouting, Mike Grattan says “Rais is a big power forward that has a finishing touch. He’s hard and heavy to play against down low. He has developed his 200ft game and we believe he will be an impactful player for us.”
