September 2016 will mark the return of hockey to the Shreveport-Bossier area. Mudbugs hockey will return to George’s Pond at Hirsch Coliseum bringing with them the North America Hockey League (NAHL) along with several old rivals such as: Corpus Christi IceRays, Amarillo Bulls, Odessa Jackalops, and the Lone Star Brahmas.
